Who I am

Most dogs receive a kindergarten-equivalent education at puppy school, yet we expect it to last them a lifetime. We teach them to sit, drop and shake, shower them with love and affection, then find them chewing on our favourite sneaker or taking off at the park.

As a certified dog trainer based in Sydney, I meet you and your dog right where you are on your training journey (I promise — no shade), guiding you to better understand and communicate with your pup.

I specialise in working with reactive dogs and have a lifelong passion for understanding canine behaviour, sparked by childhood days spent eagerly spotting every dog that passed by our home.

My hands-on experience began at the RSPCA in Adelaide, where I saw how a lack of breed awareness, reactivity and a lack of training can lead dogs into shelters. Since then, I’ve worked with challenging cases—including my own rescue Dalmatian, Emmie—and trained our family Ridgebacks, Cleo, Lulu and Nala, to be loving canine companions.

After twice battling cancer and joining the Covid-era dog waitlists, my husband and I ended up adopting two floofy kittens—who I briefly trained to sit, beg, and jump. Now, I’m finally ready to welcome my next doggo. Stay tuned!
